If I had to be completely honest, this is one of my favorite times to go there with my family to enjoy the city with comfort and ease.

Usually, daytime hours are the warmest, with thermometers between 21°C to 17°C (that’s 70°F to 63°F). On occasion, it can reach up to 26°C (78°F). 
When it comes to nighttime, it cools down a little further. Temperatures fall slightly from 14°C to 9°C (57°F to 48°F), going to at most 19°C (66°F). This will give you perfect weather to go exploring and to get cozy with some delicious food later. We always recommend having an extra layer in your daily bags in case it gets chilly for you.

Florianópolis weather in June has so little rain, you won’t believe it. It’s the last stretch of fall, so we don’t have those common summer rain showers almost every day. June is also one of the driest months of the year, with less than a week’s worth of rainy days.

As it is common in the coldest weeks of the year, rain showers can happen but are not very common. Still, they might happen, so always have rain gear with you; either a small umbrella or windbreaker usually gets the job done.

But there is never enough rain to get in the way of your plans! Because this region has very balanced tropical weather, it hardly rains for too long.

There, you will discover some of Brazil’s traditional dishes, sample fruits or veggies, and you can get souvenirs for people waiting back home.

Visit Museums: Another great way to shelter from the weather is going inside one of many museums. You will also dive deeper into the place you’re visiting like this. The best-rated museums in Floripa are the History Museum of Santa Catarina, the Art Museum of Santa Catarina, and the Homem do Sambaqui Museum. 

Get Brazilian Coffee: An activity that can turn you into a local is going for a coffee. You can just walk into the coffee shop that calls your attention; trust me when I say you will have options. Like this, you have a cozy shelter and try some amazing food.
